As a professional in my field, I’ve had the opportunity to hold a variety of roles in many different companies throughout the years. Take a look below to learn more about my background and experience.

September 2021 - Present

Property Management

Handles tenants, work orders/maintenance, and owner's accounts, set up and pay all necessary utilities, create and submit invoices, and find solutions to both tenant and owner's concern, we mainly use appfolio and lead simple as our CRM and joist for all invoices. Lease creation and add/remove utilities and rent in appfolio.

January 2020 - Present

Video Editor/Graphic Design

Worked as per client's request, this is normally project-based and only during my free time. This is one of my hobbies that helps me be creative and satisfy my client's requests. I am using Adobe Premiere Pro and most of the videos I'm editing are for college students in the USA, and Canada and for small businesses and vloggers.

January 2019- Present

Executive Virtual Assistant/Inside Sales Associate

Worked with customers to find what they want, create solutions, and ensure a smooth sales process. Sales representatives might work to find new sales leads, through business directories, client referrals, etc. Generating new prospects by interacting with existing and prospective customers in order to garner their interest and convert them into qualified leads for the on-ground outside sales team. I also provide high-level administrative support. 

Handled tenants as a tenant relationship manager, creating and scheduling work orders, creating invoices, and making sure all the tenant's utilities are paid on time. I'm an all-around Virtual assistant, I've also handled several social media platforms like Facebook, LinkedIn, Google my business, Instagram, and TikTok to name a few. I also train other assistant property managers to be efficient in all the tasks that we do.

Technical Support Specialist 3

Handled all services from subscribed Google Fi customers and took care of any concerns either related to their subscription or not. I was responsible for providing effective trouble shooting steps and alternative resolution for specific problems that takes place. As part of the World's Largest Search Engine I genuinely provide effortless experience to all callers by handling any concern and providing an answer to any questions by accessing online engine support tool. 
We are tagged as universal agents and "must know it all" agents.

March 2019 - September 2019

Technical and Customer Service

This is a home-based 6 months project that deals with POS Devices (Verifone) I handled inbound but mostly outbound calls. Updating and troubleshooting their devices and following up on them. Assisting with all issue and inquiries.

February 2018 - June 2019

Sales Associate - Car Rental

Office based job company name is Hertz Rent a Car one of the largest Rent a car in the US, 
I mainly handle Inbound calls, providing available cars within their preferred area, offer add-ons in their prefered car such as insurance, car seat etc, I make reservations inside and outside the US, I handled VIP customers and also what they call Gold and President circle members, There are times that our head manager is asking me to make outbound calls to follow up on our VIP clients and before I left the company I was already supporting other teams and was assigned to be there sales coach.

November 2018 - December 2018

Service Advisor / Marketing / Sales

I administered Quality Control for scheduled car delivery, and also explained the issue of client's car from the check up and maintenance which my team conducted.
I'm also responsible for sales and lead generation targeting potential clients that needs car cleaning and car  maintenance. I’m also in charge of managing our social media accounts such as Facebook, Instagram and website.

Internal Marketing/Appointment booking

One of the prestige Hospitals in UAE, I've handled patients request over the phone to find the right doctor for their needs. Broadcasting emergencies all over the building and dealing with some patients personally and acted as there translator and guided them throughout the process

I've handled most of the jobs in this company. I dealt with paper works, admin tasks, social media accounts, Logo creation, pricing, and sale Items, handling inbound and outbound calls, marketing strategy, sales, managing calendar, invoices, arranging visas and tickets for the employees, managing the cars and fleet, dispatch, chat, and email, Payroll, Time cards, and managing my team and making sure they provide Excellent Quality Service.

November 2015 - December 2015

Account Manager

It's a Channel Partner of Etisalat in Dubai, it is one of the biggest carrier and internet service provider in UAE. I've dealt with small to medium businesses, arrange meetings and handle accounts. Offer services and maintain good connection with the clients.

June 2014 - November 2014

ESL English Tutor

This is a Part time job ussually last 3 to 4 hrs a day. I taught English language to Japanese students virtually.

Technical Support Representative Level 2

Hewlett-Packard (International account, handles customers in North America)
I deal with upselling, taking outbound and inbound calls, and other admin tasks, I handle mainly HP Printer but we troubleshoot any issue connecting with their Mac, Windows, Cloud, IOS, Android, Linux, kindle fire, Chromebook, blackberry devices, and I also join our Central Quality Assurance for 5 months and I was handling a team as their support before I got transfered to QA for 6 months.

About Me

I'm just a normal person who loves to eat together with my family and be with them all the time. I'm a family-oriented person and always driven to achieve my goals for them, and want to provide them with the best that I could.

When it comes to working I can keep my cool under pressure and I don’t easily lose my temper, having 2 little cute naughty boys helped me a lot to improve it, I’m great at multi-tasking, and I like to keep a positive attitude. I am always eager and determined to learn something new.

2007 - 2009

I Studied Bachelor of Science (B.S.), Computer Science, It's trimester and I was able to finish 2 years. Though I did not finish college it didn't hinder me from getting the job done.

I'm pursuing my dreams to be able to create something that I can see in my daily life and finish my studies, I will be taking an Autocad course once every week to pursue my dream and to provide a better life for my family.

The material may include camera footage, dialogue, sound effects, graphics, and special effects.
